Lets talk about my gym experience so far. I am on my third month going to the gym. I have not really watched to much of what I eat rather tried to eat the food I was lacking, such as protein. Even though I have not watched my food closely I have been able to lose three lbs, get rid of a bunch of body fat and gain much needed muscle! I am very excited about this! My next goal for the following month is to start watching what I eat in moderation that is. I think that even though I might have started going to the gym because of the wedding I would love to keep it up!
