That alarm strikes and shakes every bone in my body, I automatically start longing for my morning cup of Java. Some mornings more so than others.
This morning. I think I might be ready to take on the day after about three maybe four cups?!?!?!? Maybe!
After a short restless night of sleeping I pealed my self out of bed for an early rise before I accomplished some volunteer work for the morning and then run off to the college for some afternoon tutoring. Breakfast and a half a cup of Java is what I have accomplished so far in the hour and I have been up.
The half a cup of Java has provided the ambition to write to you this morning, look up a fast but wonderful Yoga work out, (it is only 10 minutes long.....I am hoping this can be accomplished before 9) and well that is it.
Not only does this cup of Java provided me with enough ambition to get motivated for the day, it is my trigger to waking up. There will be NO talking in the morning until my cup of Java is completed. Now just to get D to remember that. LOL. Once this cup is gone the talking and commotion can start for the day, until then my brain is a solid piece of mush.
Lastly this cup of Java brings me wonderful comfort in the morning. It is almost like a comfort food. Add your favorite mug and a big sweat shirt and my morning is set!
|OH the glare is wonderful off my glasses isn't it...Long sigh!|
