How do you handle long road trips?

Well, seven hours in.... And 4.5 hours since our last stop. My knees are starting to hurt needless to say the bladder is full. Hummmmm and there is no stoping in the near future.

I do not know how my friends do this on a regular basis. One dear friend has two little ones...HOW? How does she do it HOW?
